Why Aarohan

Fitness that grows one session at a time.

Aarohan Endura Club was created to build a fitness-first community and inspire more people to take up endurance sports.

You do not need to be a pro athlete to begin. You need the right guidance, a clear plan, and people around you who understand the journey.

Where You Fit

Every athlete starts from a real life.

Triathlon can feel far away when your day is already full. Aarohan helps you connect your current lifestyle to a starting point that feels possible, then builds the dream one steady step at a time.

01

Corporate professional doing sedentary job

You sit for long hours, meetings eat your day, and fitness often starts only after work has taken the best of your energy.

Your Aarohan path
  • Start with movement, mobility, and easy endurance.
  • Use zones so training does not become random exhaustion.
  • Build weekday consistency and weekend confidence.
02

Lady recovering after pregnancy

You may want your strength, confidence, and time for yourself back, but the body and routine both need patience.

Your Aarohan path
  • Begin only with medical clearance and your current comfort.
  • Rebuild core, strength, walking, and easy aerobic fitness.
  • Progress gently toward swim, bike, run, and community sessions.
03

Regular gym going

You already train, but endurance sport asks for pacing, patience, technique, and the ability to stay steady for longer.

Your Aarohan path
  • Convert gym strength into sport-specific endurance.
  • Learn swim, bike, and run rhythm without losing strength.
  • Use assessments to find gaps before they become injuries.
04

College going student

You have energy and curiosity, but classes, exams, friends, and changing schedules can make training inconsistent.

Your Aarohan path
  • Build discipline with short, structured sessions.
  • Train with people so sport becomes part of your identity.
  • Grow from general fitness into your first endurance goal.

The Dream

From unsure to endurance athlete.

You do not have to see yourself as a triathlete on day one. You only need to see the next step clearly enough to take it.

Assessment After Enrollment

Before we train hard, we understand your body.

After enrollment, we assess your current fitness, movement, strength, balance, endurance, and training zones. This helps us build a plan that suits you instead of copying someone else's routine.

01

Cardio capacity and zone mapping

We use a structured run or cycle test with heart-rate tracking to understand your effort levels.

You get
  • Personal heart-rate zones from Z1-Z5.
  • Aerobic and anaerobic threshold estimates.
  • Training and race-pacing benchmarks.
02

Strength and power profile

We check key muscle groups, left-right balance, push-pull balance, and power where needed.

You get
  • Strength baselines for major movements.
  • Imbalance flags.
  • Load guidance for strength training.
03

Muscular endurance and balance

We check how long your body can hold good positions and which areas fatigue first.

You get
  • Core and muscular endurance scores.
  • Single-leg balance baselines.
  • Targeted stability work.
04

Movement screening

We look at squat, lunge, step, shoulder mobility, and other movement patterns.

You get
  • Movement scores.
  • Pain, restriction, and asymmetry flags.
  • Corrective exercise priorities.
05

VO2 max and threshold testing

For athletes who need deeper data, we use VO2 max and threshold testing to understand aerobic capacity and effort limits.

You get
  • VO2 max benchmark.
  • Threshold insights for better zones.
  • Progress tracking across training blocks.

Health marker review

For enrolled athletes, we recommend periodic lab checks. These help us keep an eye on recovery, nutrition status, hydration balance, and general health markers that can affect training.

How Training Works

We train the body, not just the calendar.

Training is not only about doing more. The body improves when the right stress is followed by the right recovery. That is how fitness grows.

01

Improve oxygen use

Endurance athletes need to use oxygen well. We build the heart, lungs, and muscles so you can hold better pace with better control.

02

Use easy and hard days correctly

Easy sessions build your base and help recovery. Hard sessions improve speed and power. Both matter, but they need balance.

03

Train with zones

Zones help you know when to go easy, when to hold steady, and when to push. This keeps training controlled and useful.

04

Respect recovery

The body gets stronger after it absorbs training. Sleep, food, easy days, and recovery sessions are part of the plan.

Athlete Monitoring

Fitness grows when fatigue is managed.

We watch signs like poor sleep, high morning heart rate, low HRV, brain fog, heavy legs, mood changes, appetite shifts, and unusually hard warm-ups.

Zone 1Recovery, warm-up, blood flow.
Zone 2Aerobic base and endurance.
Zone 3Tempo and steady race pace.
Zone 4Threshold and controlled hard work.
Zone 5-6VO2 max, sprint power, and longer recovery.

Nutrition

Eat to support the training.

Food is part of endurance training. We help athletes understand what to eat daily, what to carry during long sessions, and how to practice race-day fueling.

Daily

Start with the basics

A regular training week needs enough carbohydrates, protein, fluids, and healthy fats. The exact amount depends on the athlete and the training load.

  • Carbohydrates support training energy.
  • Protein helps repair and recovery.
  • Fats support daily energy and health.
0-60 min

Short sessions

For most workouts under an hour, water or a sports drink is usually enough if you have eaten well.

1-2.5 hr

Longer sessions

Use regular small fuel breaks. Many athletes do well with 40-60 g carbohydrate per hour.

2.5+ hr

Big endurance days

Fuel early and consistently. Athletes may need 60-70 g carbohydrate per hour or more, based on tolerance.

Race Practice

Do not try new food on race day.

Race nutrition should be practiced in training. The stomach also needs training, especially for long rides, brick sessions, and race simulations.

3-4 hr beforeEat a familiar pre-session meal.
60-90 min beforeKeep it lighter if you are eating close to start time.
10-15 min beforeA small gel, chew, or drink can help top up energy.
On the bikeFuel steadily so the run starts better.

Weekly Rhythm

Consistency beats random effort.
